Having spent the first half of his career as a test engineer working in the Aerospace, Defence, Electronics and Automotive sectors he then made the shift into technical sales & marketing, working with some of the industries biggest names, Data Physcis Corp, m+p international, Siemens (LMS International), before starting NDO Consultants in 2007. In 2012 Neill took on the role of Managing Director at DJB Instruments (UK) Ltd. where he has restructured the business and taken it into the global accelerometer market whilst making huge strides in manufacturing improvement.
